Profile

Associate Professor Tan Keng Leong graduated from the National University of Singapore with the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1989, obtained his Membership to the Royal College of the Physicians (MRCP), United Kingdom in 1993 and completed his postgraduate training in Internal Medicine under the Singapore Ministry of Health Program in 1994.

Assoc Prof Tan subsequently trained in Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine at the Singapore General Hospital and completed his specialist training in 1998. He was a clinical and research fellow in the Department of Respiratory Medicine, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney, Australia from 1997-1998.

Assoc Prof Tan is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians, and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh.

Assoc Prof Tan holds specialist registrations in Respiratory Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine and Internal Medicine with the Singapore Medical Council.
