If you received your Video Consultation (VC) eAppointment link via email, follow the steps below. You will receive the email 3 days before your video consultation appointment.
Step 2: For first time users, the system will prompt you to run the Video Consultation application (called Zoom). For returning users who have already installed the application before, you may proceed straightaway to Step 4.
Step 3: If this is the first time you are using the Video Consultation application (Zoom), click "Run" and wait while the system installs the application.
Step 4: You are ready for the meeting now. Your video screen will turn on automatically when the Video Consultation session host starts the meeting.
