“Advancements in robotic surgery have allowed doctors to perform many types of complex procedures with more precision and fewer complications. Many patients who have undergone total knee replacement can walk the following day and can be discharged as early as three days after the procedure.
Currently, I am working to introduce the KneeBuddy app, available on smartphones, to my patients. The app provides patients with information on pre- and post-operative care, and treatment plans, thus reducing their anxiety.”
