His work focuses on advancing innovative technologies and solutions in chronic disease management and wound care. He has contributed extensively to the field through numerous peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and international best practice guidelines that have shaped clinical care globally Woo is the inaugural President of the Canadian Pressure Injury Advisory Panel and currently serves as Chief Research Officer of Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (NSWOC).

Dr Luke Tay Hsien Ts’ung is a Senior Consultant in Vascular Surgery at Singapore General Hospital and Director of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Vascular Centre. He also leads the Clinical Innovation & Technology Unit at SingHealth. Trained in the UK and Singapore, he holds an MBBS from University College London, FRCS, and an MSc in Bioinformatics from NTU. A Singapore-Stanford Biodesign Fellow, he is active in medical innovation and device development. Dr Tay champions limb preservation, co-founding the HEAL clinic and contributing to the Lower Limb Preservation Center, while supporting multidisciplinary wound care initiatives.

Dr Huang is an APN in Gynae-oncology with 29 years of experience in the specialty.  She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice. Throughout her career, she has shown great interest and determination in pushing the boundaries of APN practice.  She believes that with proper training, nurses have both the capacity and responsibility to deliver advanced, safe care to patients. In addition to her nursing expertise, Dr Huang is a registered TCM physician and believes in the value of integrative practice, including TCM and TCM nursing, to enhance patient care and overall well-being.

Dr Li Yuelin graduated from China Medical University in 1993 and obtained a postdoctoral degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in 2008. Since 2008, Dr Li has focused on integrating Chinese and Western medicine in the management of gynaecological conditions. Dr Li currently serves as a Clinical Lecturer at the Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and an invited Chief Physician at Singapore Chung Hwa Medical Institution. Dr Li is also a member of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies and author of Essentials of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2023).

Dr Juriyah Yatim is an Advanced Practice Nurse and Assistant Director of Nursing at Singapore General Hospital. She provides specialist care in the multidisciplinary Pelvic Floor Disorder Service, managing complex urologic, gynaecologic, and colorectal dysfunctional conditions.

She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Duke University School of Nursing in 2015. She serves as SingHealth’s Lead Clinical Preceptor for the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing programme with Curtin University. She is also a Lead Education Associate with Duke NUS and a Board Director of the Singapore Nurses Association. 

Dr Juriyah is widely recognised for her leadership in evidence‑based practice, most notably the implementation of the HOUDINI removal of urinary catheter protocol and for her innovative use of Serious Games in nursing competency.

As Clinical Lead for Wound Care at St Luke’s Hospital, she provides strategic, clinical, and drives evidence-based wound management, advanced wound therapies, NPWT, sharp/conservative debridement, and quality improvement initiatives. She also delivers wound consultancy to nursing homes and serves as a Lead Trainer for AIC-accredited wound care courses, strengthening clinical governance and workforce capability across the community care sector.

Dr Betty is an experienced nursing leader with over 33 years in acute and long-term care. She played a pivotal role in managing the first COVID-19 outbreak in a nursing home setting. Dr Betty is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic and has a strong interest in advancing wound care through technological innovation, particularly in clinical decision-support systems, wound imaging, and infection control. She has published in the field and serves as a reviewer for international journals, including the Journal of Tissue Viability, Journal of Wound Care, and the Journal of Clinical Nursing.

Mr Kuik Weijian is a community pharmacist with six years of professional experience and specialized expertise in wound care management. Dr Chew Khong Yik obtained his medical qualifications from National University of Singapore in 2002 and qualified as a plastic surgeon in 2013. He was awarded 2012 Health Manpower Development Program for Reconstructive Microsurgery and completed his fellowship in head and neck cancer reconstruction in 2013.

He is a senior consultant in Singapore General Hospital and National Cancer Centre as well as visiting consultant in KK Women's and Children's Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital. Dr Chew has an active interest in major burns, head and neck cancer reconstruction, tissue engineering and trauma.
