About

Dr Tay Kaijun is a Consultant Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT Surgeon) at Singapore General Hospital and a Clinical Lecturer with the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. He completed his specialist training with SingHealth, graduating as the top trainee nationally and receiving the prestigious College of Surgeons Gold Medal.

Dr Tay is currently the Adelaide Rhinology & Skullbase Fellow, pursuing advanced sub-specialty training under Professor PJ Wormald and Professor Alkis Psaltis. He trains within a unit internationally renowned for revolutionizing the field—from pioneering complex surgical techniques and designing specialized instruments, to developing the high-fidelity 3D simulation models used to teach surgeons worldwide.

Dr Tay combines his clinical practice with a strong commitment to medical education and research. He actively participates in clinical research and innovation to refine outcomes and develop novel treatment strategies. He also takes pride in mentoring the next generation of physicians and surgeons.

For patients, Dr Tay’s priority is to provide personalized care that addresses both the medical condition and the patient’s overall quality of life. His patient-centric approach has been recognized with multiple service awards, underscoring his commitment to holistic treatment.
