About

​Dr Adrian Ooi has been a Consultant in the department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery since 2015.

He attended medical school in London, where he graduated with distinction, and returned to Singapore to complete his plastic surgery training at the Singapore General Hospital. Following his residency, Dr. Ooi furthered his training with advanced fellowships in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. Under scholarship from the Singapore Ministry of Health, he spent one year at the prestigious University of Chicago Medical Centre, training in reconstructive microsurgery under world famous plastic surgeons. Following this, he completed his aesthetic fellowship at the renowned Wellington Hospital in London, where he learnt and operated with eminent British plastic surgeons.

Dr Ooi focuses on managing complex reconstructive cases, and has a special interest in skin cancer management, reconstructive surgery of the head and neck and breast, gender reassignment as well as lymphedema surgery. His aesthetic surgery specialties include  upper and lower blepharoplasty, face and neck lift, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation and body contouring procedures.

His surgical philosophy is providing the best possible care through personalized communication and constant advancement, tailoring treatments for individuals to achieve the most satisfying and long-lasting results.

Dr. Ooi’s commitment to improvement has led to him speaking at  various regional and international conferences. He is also actively involved in research and education of medical students and trainees. In addition, he  participates actively in yearly volunteer medical mission trips.
