About Doctor

​Karrie is currently a consultant in Singapore General Hospital. She works in the department of Microbiology, and the department of Molecular Pathology. Karrie is a NMRC Research Fellowship Awardee and is working in the Laboratory of Metagenomic Technologies and Microbial Systems in the Genome Institute of Singapore. She is involved in routine clinical diagnostics in bacteriology and infectious disease molecular diagnostics.
