Training Objectives/Goals
This fellowship is designed to equip suitable candidates with the skills and knowledge to lead a career in academic orthopaedics. The opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary setting will also expose the candidates to an understanding of modern multimodal care that is relevant to conditions such as arthritis and musculoskeletal tumours. This Fellowship will also provide the candidate with an opportunity to undertake clinical and basic research in areas of interest such as musculoskeletal oncology and risk factors after joint replacement. In undertaking this fellowship the candidate will be exposed to the daily management of musculoskeletal tumour patients and this will include outpatient, ward, and operating theatre attendance and preparation.
