Singapore General Hospital (SGH) is the largest acute care tertiary hospital in Singapore and is also a leading teaching hospital for undergraduate medical training as well as postgraduate and advanced training of specialist doctors.
In SGH, Fellowship, clinical and research attachment programmes are available to foreign doctors for short-term clinical training attachment in more than 20 clinical departments, with each department offering training in one or more subspecialties.
These attachment programmes allow international doctors to gain exposure in the Singapore healthcare industry and/ or learn specific clinical skills. Through our Campus Fellow Forums, international doctors also have opportunities to interact with other international doctors pursuing attachments in the various SingHealth institutions as well.
