This course equips participants with a comprehensive approach to assessing and managing neck pain disorders at an intermediate level. It emphasises clinical relevance and application while incorporating the best of theoretical and practical learning.

Course Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Plan and perform focused examination across cervical, upper cervical and cervico-scapular regions.
Recognise and demonstrate differential diagnosis of common regional disorders.
Explain how thoracic function contributes to cervical presentations.
Select effective management strategies through a clinical reasoning framework.
Design treatment and exercise programmes that address impairments and restore function.
Apply imaging and surgical principles to physiotherapy management.

Cervicogenic headache, dizziness, and the upper cervical spine
