  • Overview of Lencioni’s model: Absence of Trust, Fear of Conflict, Lack of Commitment, Avoidance of Accountability, and Inattention to Results
  • Self-assessment and reflection on team dynamics in your setting

• Trust and Psychological Safety in Action
  • Behaviours that build or erode trust
  • Creating an environment where team members feel safe to speak up, challenge, and admit mistakes

• Engaging in Healthy Conflict and Honest Feedback
  • Moving from artificial harmony to productive dialogue
  • Feedback frameworks (SBI, AID) and assertive communication techniques

• Commitment and Accountability through Shared Goals
  • Clarifying purpose and roles to drive buy-in
  • Strengthening peer-to-peer accountability and coaching

• Recognition, Results, and Motivation
