| Lim Jiin Ying is a Principal Genetic Counsellor at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, with experience in reproductive, paediatric, and rare disease genetics. She has served as a Biocurator for the ClinGen Gene Curation Expert Panel and helped establish Singapore’s first National Genomics Assessment Centre, contributing to workflows, policies, and operations. She leads practical modules in the Executive Certificate Programme in Clinical Genomics and provides structured supervision and mentorship to junior staff. Her interests include ethical communication, psychosocial aspects of counselling, and rare disease service development. This talk presents the development of a Genomic Assessment Centre designed to integrate smart data tools, multidisciplinary expertise, and coordinated family screening into a seamless clinical pathway. Through unified digital workflows and collaborative care models, the centre enhances early FH detection and supports timely risk-reducing interventions. The presentation highlights key design principles, implementation challenges, and early outcomes, offering a scalable blueprint for genomic-enabled cardiovascular care.
