7 & 11 October 2025

Ultrasound elastography is a non-invasive imaging technique that evaluates tissue stiffness. This emerging technique complements conventional ultrasound by providing additional function information. Clinical applications of elastography are broad and include breast lesions characterization, staging of liver fibrosis and evaluation of musculoskeletal pathologies.

This two half-days course will equip participants with core principles of strain and shear wave elastography, and the required knowledge and skills in the use of elastography in liver, musculoskeletal and breast imaging.
