Session:

Becoming Skilled (Creative Methods for Training / Education Delivery)
12 April 2024, 1315 - 1445hrs, NAK Auditorium

Presenting Title:

A Skillful Workforce: With Help from an External Force

In addition to faculty development which is considered a cornerstone for building a skilful workforce, here is story sharing of my personal experience leading an accreditation journey which I fondly relates to the multisite efforts in coming together to advance as ONE entity – SIMS! The external force applied here (accreditation authority) brings our collective efforts together to formalise and establish processes in place for the common purpose of developing our SingHealth citizens towards being skilled.
