Sabrina Koh is the campus director, SIMS@SKH and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Health & Social Sciences, Singapore Institute of Technology. She is specialized in critical care and medical/surgical nursing; an educator experienced in both academic and clinical nursing education. As an active simulationist, she conducts simulation faculty development program for simulation users and educators in Asia focusing on scenario designs, facilitation, debriefing and technical strategies. Faculty development in nursing education and simulation-based education are her main interests and passion.

A Skillful Workforce: With Help from an External Force
In addition to faculty development which is considered a cornerstone for building a skilful workforce, here is story sharing of my personal experience leading an accreditation journey which I fondly relates to the multisite efforts in coming together to advance as ONE entity – SIMS! The external force applied here (accreditation authority) brings our collective efforts together to formalise and establish processes in place for the common purpose of developing our SingHealth citizens towards being skilled.
