This online course is designed for senior therapists working in stroke rehabilitation who are keen to optimize the delivery of evidence-based practice. Content will include a review of clinical guidelines relevant for stroke rehabilitation, an overview and practical tips on implementing evidence in clinical settings as well as facilitated action planning. The course will run over four half-days, to allow participants to develop action plans for implementation that are tailored to their local workplaces.
