The Division of Pathology has a staff strength of more than 500 personnel. Our team of professional, technical and support staff work towards our common goals of providing prompt, accurate, reliable, effective and high quality laboratory service.

Professional Staff

Our professional staff of about 80 medical doctors and Scientific Officers are well qualified and experienced. They provide medical, scientific and technical support and are available to offer consultative services pertaining to laboratory diagnosis, monitoring and management of patients and other related subjects in their field of specialisation.

Our techinical staff of more than 270 medical and laboratory technologists provide technical support in diagnostic and analytical work in varous laboratories. They also assist in the research and developmental programmes and quality assurance schemes.
