COVID-19 NOTICE 2019年冠状病毒疾病布告

Unwell visitors and accompanying persons will not be allowed to enter the premises. All are required to complete a Declaration Form* before entry.

  • Each inpatient is allowed 1 designated visitor.
  • Patients going to the clinics are allowed 1 accompanying person.


  • 每名住院病患只允许1名固定访客。
  • 每名门诊病患只允许1名随行者。

Under the Infectious Diseases Act, anyone making false declarations can be prosecuted. 在新加坡传染病法令下,作虚假声明是违法的。

Emergency Department

We are seeing more patients than usual at our Emergency Department. Priority will be given to those who are critically ill. The waiting time for other patients will be longer.

Each patient is only allowed 1 companion.

Carpark H Closure

The multi-storey car park H and open air car park at MacAlister Road are closed to the public due to operational needs.

Alternative parking is available at Outram Community Hospital (OCH) / SingHealth Tower and the National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS). Please use Jalan Bukit Merah and enter via Hospital Boulevard or Hospital Drive.

Pharmacy Notice

No surgical mask for sale at our Pharmacy. We need to focus our attention on serving our patients. You may buy masks from shops in the community.

Refill your medicines using free Medication Delivery Service

SGH patients who are holding on to their ORIGINAL prescriptions can request a repeat prescription and have their refill medicines delivered to their preferred location. Changes to regular prescriptions are not allowed through this service.
