Profile

Dr Teoh is currently a Consultant in the Family Medicine Service, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Her clinical interests include Menopause, Osteoporosis, Chronic Disease and Weight Management. She is interested in promoting women’s health and disease prevention.

She received her master trainer certification in Stanford for CDSMP (Chronic Disease Self-Management Programme) and conducted training programmes in CDSMP and Healthy Ageing. She has practised in settings ranging from primary care to intermediate to long term ( ILTC) and tertiary care.

She has been involved in teaching both undergraduates and post-graduates from LKC Medicine, and NUS Medicine; as well as being an examiner for GDFM and MMED (FM) candidates. She received the Singhealth Long Service Award, the EXSA Gold Excellence Award and Community Care Manpower Award (GDPM).
