Dr Chang Meihuan is a Senior Consultant with the Department of Colorectal Surgery, Singapore General Hospital. She graduated from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2007 before completing her basic and advanced surgical training in Singapore General Hospital. Dr Chang obtained a fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2016.
