SENSE MAKING: Advance X-Ray and CT Imaging of the Chest for Physiotherapists

1 - 2 November 2021

Imaging of the chest, Chest X-ray (CXR) and Chest Computed Tomography (CT),  is a critical tool in the diagnosis and management of patients with pulmonary pathologies.

For cardiopulmonary physiotherapists, especially those working in on-call situations or without direct access to the radiologists’ reports, the knowledge to interpret these images will be useful for them to monitor and address therapy outcomes on a daily basis.

This two half day workshop is designed for physiotherapists with 2-3 years of working experience who require reading or interpreting of chest imaging in their practice on a regular basis.
