Multidisciplinary Tracheostomy Management Course – From Acute To Chronic Care

The role of Multidisciplinary team members in providing Tracheostomy Care is vital. There are an increasing number of patients who may be tracheostomized following an acute illness, and continue to be discharged into the community with a tracheostomy in place.
This hands-on course covers considerations for managing a tracheostomy patient across the care continuum – from the acute hospital setting into step-down care and finally into the home and community setting. All healthcare professionals working with tracheostomy patients are encouraged to attend.
