FAQs

Can I submit an order if I do not have a prescription?
Supply of medications requires a prescription. You will need to contact your clinic if you do not have one.

Can I submit an order using a non-SGH prescription?
This service is open only to patients with a SGH prescription for medications available in SGH Pharmacy.

Can I amend my order after it has been submitted?
Any amendment will be treated as a new order; amended orders received via email after 9am will only be ready for collection on the next working day after 11am. If you wish to amend your order at our pharmacy counter, your amended order will be processed in queue with the waiting patients. To avoid delays, check your orders before submission.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?
You will receive an email if your order cannot be processed.

How do I know when my medications are ready for collection?
On your selected collection date, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number. You may then collect your medications from 11am – 6pm (Mon to Fri) or 11am – 12:30pm (Sat).

Can I collect my medications on a day that is different from my selected collection date?
We request that you collect your medications on the date you have selected, otherwise your order will be cancelled. If you visit us on a different day, your order will be treated as a new order and will be processed in queue with the waiting patients. You are thus advised to collect your medications from 11am – 6pm (Mon to Fri) or 11am – 12:30pm (Sat) on your selected date.

Where do I go to collect my medications?
The pharmacy location and counter assigned for your medications collection will be stated in the SMS sent to you.

Can someone else collect my medications for me?
If you are unable to collect your medications, you can arrange for another person who is 18 years old and above to collect the medications on your behalf. He/she will need to proceed to the pharmacy location and counter assigned and show the SMS, original prescription and relevant payment documents to our staff.
