Enjoy the convenience of our Medication Delivery Service (MDS), which delivers your medications to your preferred pickup location for free. Skip the wait, drop the weight!

Can I use MDS?

You can use MDS if:

  • You have a SGH prescription that has balance supply of the medications you wish to order
  • The medications are available in SGH Pharmacy
    • Certain medications cannot be delivered (e.g. controlled drugs, medications that need to be taken immediately); your pharmacist will advise accordingly
  • Total cost of medications is limited to $1,000 per delivery
  • You have sufficient medications till planned delivery date
  • The prescription is dated within 1 year from your planned delivery date
    For example, if you wish to have your medications delivered on 5 Mar 2018, the prescription must be dated 5 Mar 2017 or later
  • You make full payment prior to delivery
    • Third party payments are not extendable to include delivery service charges

How do I submit an order to MDS?

You can submit your order via 3 ways.

C. Call (for registered patient with previously submitted prescription only)

  • Call +65 6326 5219 (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm) to place your order
  • Please contact us at least 3 working days before planned delivery date

Delivery Timings

  • Weekday: 9am-1pm, 2pm-6pm, 7pm-10pm
  • Saturday: 9am-1pm
  • There will be no delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays
  • You or an authorised person (aged 18 and above) must be present to receive the medications

FAQs

Where do you deliver to?  
We deliver anywhere to a valid local address within mainland Singapore, excluding offshore islands and secured areas.

Can I submit an order if I do not have a prescription, or if my previously submitted prescription has been completely filled?
Supply of medications requires a prescription. You will need to contact your clinic if you do not have one or if you need a new one. Please submit the original new prescription to us together with your order.

Can I submit an order using a non-SGH prescription?
This service is open only to patients with a SGH prescription for medications available in SGH Pharmacy.

Can I amend my order after it has been submitted?
Any amendment request received within 3 working days of confirmed delivery date will be subject to additional $6 charge.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Any cancellation request received within 3 working days of confirmed delivery date will be subject to additional $8 charge.

Can I change my delivery date and/or time after it has been confirmed?
Any request to change delivery date and/or time received within 3 working days of confirmed delivery date will be subject to additional $6 charge.

How do I know if my online order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an order acknowledgement at the email address you have provided.

How do I pay for my medications?
You can check and pay your medication bills via internet and mobile payment, self-service automated stations, or 7-Eleven Stores / Singapore Post Office Branches. See Payment Modes for details.

I have a medical benefit card, can I use it to pay for the service?
Approved 3rd party payors are accepted for payment of medications. However, delivery, amendment or cancellation charges will be borne by you. Please provide us the necessary payment documents when you register for the service.

How do I know when my medications are ready for delivery?
On your selected delivery date, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided.

Can someone else receive my medications for me?
If you are unable to receive your medications, you can arrange for another person who is 18 years old and above to receive the medications on your behalf.

How do I refill a previously submitted prescription?
You can order your refill medications online or through phone call. Contact us at least 3 working days before your medications run out.
