Enjoy the convenience of our Medication Delivery Service (MDS) and have your medications delivered to your preferred location, for free.

You Order, We Deliver - 5 Simple Steps

​1. Submit original SGH prescription to any SGH Pharmacy

​2. Order online via SingHealth’s Health Buddy App

​3. Receive confirmation email or SMS

​4. Receive the medications at your preferred location (home, office or secured locker box)

​5. Make payment online

For refill of a previously submitted prescription, contact us at least 3 working days before medications run out.

Can I use Medication Delivery Service?

You can use MDS if:

  • You submit the original SGH prescription to SGH Pharmacy for retention and the prescription fulfills the following criteria:
    • Has balance supply of the medications you wish to order
      Certain medications cannot be delivered (e.g. controlled drugs, medications that need to be taken immediately); your pharmacist will advise accordingly
    • Is dated within 1 year of your planned delivery date
      For example, if you wish to have your medications delivered on 5 Mar 2019, the prescription must be dated 5 Mar 2018 or later
  • You have sufficient supply of medications till planned delivery date
  • You make full payment upon receipt of tax invoice number and payable amount
    • Third party payments are not extendable to include delivery service charges
    • All items delivered are non-exchangeable nor refundable
  • You, or an authorised person (aged 18 and above), are present to receive the medications at the mutually agreed delivery date, time and location 
    • A fee will be imposed for any unsuccessful delivery attempt to an incorrect or invalid address provided or if no one was present to receive the medications, and for any order amendment or cancellation within 3 working days of confirmed delivery date 
    • Additional fees apply for re-delivery, urgent delivery, multiple deliveries in a month, and bulky items
    • We do not allow contactless delivery as it is against MOH regulations. You, or an authorised person, have to collect in-person.

Delivery Charges & Cancellation Policy

Delivery, amendment or cancellation charges are as follows:

What are your delivery timings?
Our delivery timings are Monday to Saturday between 10am–2pm, 2pm–6pm and 6pm–10pm. . There will be no delivery on Sundays, Public Holidays, and eve of the following major Public Holidays – New Year, Chinese New Year, Christmas.

Where do you deliver to?  

We deliver anywhere to a valid local address within mainland Singapore, excluding offshore islands and secured areas. You can also opt to have your medication delivered to one of the 24/7 PILBOX locker stations at SingHealth Polyclinics – Bedok, Marine Parade, Sengkang, Tampines and Punggol, or  selected bluPort lockers located across Singapore. 

For delivery to PILBOX or bluPort lockers, does the medication need to be collected within a certain timeframe? What happens when the medication is not collected?
You will need to collect your medication within 36 hours for PILBOX and 48 hours for bluPort lockers respectively. If the medication is not collected at the end of this period, it will be sent back to SGH Pharmacy. You can arrange for a second delivery (re-delivery fee applies) or collect the medication directly from the pharmacy.

Can I submit an order if I do not have a prescription, or if my previously submitted prescription has been completely filled? 
Supply of medications requires a prescription. You will need to submit the original new prescription to us before we can process your order. If you do not have one or if you need a new one, please click here

Can I submit an order using a non-SGH prescription? 
This service is open only to patients with a SGH prescription for medications available in SGH Pharmacy.

Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been submitted, or change my delivery date and/or time after it has been confirmed?
Any amendment or cancellation request received within 3 working days of confirmed delivery date will be subject to additional $8 charge.

How do I know if my online order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an order acknowledgement at the email address you have provided.

How do I pay for my medications?
You can view and pay your medication bills here, through self-service automated stations, or 7-Eleven Stores & Singapore Post Office Branches.

I have a medical benefit card, can I use it to pay for the service?
Approved 3rd party payors are accepted for payment of medications. However, delivery, amendment or cancellation charges will be borne by you. Please provide us the necessary payment documents when you register for the service.

How do I know when my medications are ready for delivery?
On your selected delivery date, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided. If you have opted for delivery to PILBOX or bluPort lockers, you will receive an SMS once your medication has been deposited into the locker.

Can someone else receive my medications for me?
If you are unable to receive your medications, you can arrange for another person who is 18 years old and above to receive the medications on your behalf.

How do I refill a previously submitted prescription?
You can order your refill medications here. Contact us at least 3 working days before your medications run out.
