What is Support for Eating Disorders Singapore (SEDS)?

SEDS is a support group for both survivors as well as supporters of those coping with an eating disorder.
It gives an opportunity for people to provide empathy, understanding and hope to those whose lives have been affected by this disorder, in a safe and supportive environment.

Benefits of Support for Eating Disorders Singapore (SEDS)

  • Empower you to verbalize your thoughts and feelings in a safe environment
  • Allow you to share your concerns, solutions, ideas and experiences on how to cope with an eating disorder
  • Give you the opportunity to meet other survivors and supporters and to know that you are not alone
