From 28 June 2021, registered visitors, including caregivers, who fulfill the visiting criteria below and are staying in the ward beyond the duration allowed, are required to undergo a COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (ART).
All other nominated visitors should still adhere to the 30-minute visit duration, during visiting hours. Those who walk-in ART Centre without valid justification for ART, may be rejected.
Visitors must test negative before they are allowed entry, and the results will only be valid for the day of their visit. Alternatively, visitors can also show a negative result of their PCR test taken in the last 24 hours. Self-testing kit result will not be accepted.

Visitors with urgent need (e.g. patient pass away, patient due for delivery, urgent conference with doctors) are allowed to the ward to settle their immediate needs first.
On your admission, our staff will share with you and your caregiver more information about the ART.
The designated caregiver will receive an SMS with information about undergoing ART. You can also check with our visitors services
