Join SGH as a Nurse

SGH's Nursing community stays relevant and challenged by keeping abreast of research and developments in the healthcare field and initiating changes to enhance patient care and safety.

Core to the SGH Model of Professional Nursing Practice is patient centric care. To define our place in the future of healthcare, we place our focus on where the strength of nursing lies - caring - in our interactions with patients and their families. Nursing assessments, teaching, and family interaction are integrated into the many elements of care that we provide. These caring activities convey both compassion and our commitment to all for whom we care.

Opportunities abound for our nurses to realise their full potential as SGH firmly believes in supporting our nurses to upgrade their professional knowledge and clinical skills, and prepare them for career development.

Most of all, SGH goes the extra mile to enable its nurses to give their best through meaningful and sustainable contributions, meeting both the organisation’s objectives and employees’ needs.
