Sabrina is a nurse educator with critical care and medical/surgical clinical experience. Her clinical education work includes establishing clinical workflows, patient safety, teamwork and communication, and clinical escalation through multi-disciplinary simulation training. She is the course director and faculty for the Simulation Essentials for Healthcare Education (SEHE) simulation faculty course. She also conducts simulation faculty development program for regional simulation users focusing on scenario designs, facilitation and technical strategies. Education administrative work at home base (Sengkang General Hospital) are day-to-day clinical education and structured in-house short courses to up skill nurses and to promote clinical excellence. She is Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator - Advanced (CHSE-A) under SSiH. She is a Fellow (FSSH) with the SSH Academy.


As an active simulation educator, Sabrina serves on the editorial advisory board for the National League (NLN) for Nursing Center for Innovation in Simulation and Technology. She is involved with the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) Accreditation Committee as a sub-committee member for Quality and as a site reviewer.


Sabrina is the president for the Pan Asia Simulation Society in Health (PASSH) and Vice-President for the Society for Simulation in Healthcare Singapore (SSHS).
