Singapore General Hospital's Terms & Conditions for #WhereinSGH Wall Mural Contest

• Singapore General Hospital reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable for any reason).
• Singapore General Hospital reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest or Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Qualifying Participants

• This contest is only open to residents of Singapore who are 16 years or older as of date of entry submission (“Participant”). Participants indemnify Singapore General Hospital against any and all claims in relation to participation of this Contest and breach of these Terms and Conditions contained herein. Singapore General Hospital’s rights are reserved.

Contest Entries

By submitting the contest entries, each Participant thereby:

• specifically authorizes Singapore General Hospital to use and/or license third parties to use such entry in whole or in part, throughout the universe, in perpetuity in or on any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, and alone or together or as part of otherwise unlawful information, infringe or violate any copyright or other right, or contain any matter other information, content and/or material of any kind or nature;
• represents and warrants that all elements contained in the contest entry
• are original to the Participant or fully cleared for use as contemplated herein;
• do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, such as all copyright, trade secrets, confidential information, trademark, design, patent, trade name or other proprietary rights to registration of such rights;
• do and will not, in any way, violate or breach any of the terms of any other agreement the Participant may be a party to;
• are not hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence;
• do not violate any law, statute ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); that is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libellous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;
• are not posted on behalf of any merchant or manufacturer, or the Participants were not compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;
• do not include any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers;
• do not contain any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programmes or files;
• shall not require Singapore General Hospital to pay or incur any sums to any person or entity as a result of Singapore General Hospital's use or exploitation of the same.

Selection of winners, winner requirements and prizes

• By entering the Contest, Singapore General Hospital reserves the right to revoke the win and the corresponding prizes, in the event that the winner is deemed as disqualified e.g. incomplete winner details by deadline given & use of another’s intellectual property.
• Singapore General Hospital can then, at its sole discretion, select another entry to win and award the corresponding prizes.

• All prize awards are subject to final verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions as highlighted above.

• The prizes (or any part of them) are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
