Hello from us in the Department of Pathology . Preparations for the Hematolymphoid Course are well underway and we look forward to hosting you here in SGH.
The slide workshop and the FISH workshop for this course is currently fully subscribed. However we are working hard to get extra microscopes and will open up more places if possible. Waitlist places are available and we will inform succesful registrants by 10th October 2011
Hematolymphoid Pathology 31st October – 3rd November
This is a new component of the SGH Pathology Course and will be held from 31st October to 3rd November. We have a great line up of speakers from USA, UK and Singapore.
Dr Elaine Jaffe from the George Washington University USA will be speaking on T cell lymphomas, EBV lymphoid proliferations and Hodgkin’s Lymphomas. Dr Kevin Gatter from Oxford University UK will be lecturing on B cell proliferations. From Singapore, Dr SY Tan and Dr Leonard Tan will be sharing their considerable expertise. We have also invited a haemato-oncologist, Dr Lim Soon Thye, who will speak on treatment of T cell lymphomas.
