Building a Shared Vision in Care
Over 100 General Practitioners engaged actively in a lively dialogue with SingHealth, SGH and MOH on how we can further enhance our partnership to bring seamless, convenient and optimal care to patients, towards the vision of "A Family Physician for Every Patient".
The participants also shared valuable and candid feedback on the models of Family Medicine Clinics, Community Health Centres and Ambulatory Medical Centres as proposed under MOH's Primary Care Workplan.
We thank our GP friends for their active support and participation, and their commitment to bringing primary to the next lap!
