"Brightened my day."
MADAM AZLINA JAMALUDIN: "I would like to extend my greatest appreciation to the nurses of Ward 73, who made my admission to Singapore General Hospital more tolerable. Dr Cheah (Internal Medicine) and Professor Ong's (General Surgery) team of doctors was excellent. Senior staff nurse Marianah was extremely patient in finding my elusive vein and setting the intravenous plug; she exhibited great concern and professionalism. Upon discharge, staff nurse Ragani took the effort to meet me after her work hours to pass me outstanding documents. She even went the extra mile to try and fit all my follow-up appointments on the same day. The get-well note from SGH that I received in the mail brightened my day."
