SGH is the first hospital to open its doors to host the annual Singapore Arts festival in 2005. Artsfest @ SGH has since become an annual event in June. Apart from the main show, patients and visitors were also given an opportunity to create art pieces, enjoy face painting, balloon sculpting, juggling and magic acts on the sidelines before and during the performance! Clowns were also on hand to distribute free balloons and entertain the children on the sidewalks of the festival.
