Make/Change an Appointment

Book an Appointment

To consult a specialist at our Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC), you will need to make a prior appointment.

Appointments can be made via telephone, via fax, email or through our online Appointment Booking system.

To make a new appointment

If you wish to make an appointment to consult a specialist for a new medical condition, please click on “Make a new Appointment”. Please kindly fill in your details and preferred date for the appointment . Our staff will contact you on the next working day to confirm the appointment.

To change an appointment

Using Singpass ID 
If you wish to make changes to an existing appointment, please click on “Change an appointment”. You will need to have a SingPass ID to use this system.

Not using Singpass ID 
If you do not have a SingPass ID, please click here to re-schedule your appointment.
