Medical History Taking

Assessment of present medical condition, past medical history and family history.

Physical Examination Includes audioscopy, fundoscopy and rectal examination.
Anthropometry

Measurement of height, weight and body mass index.

Chest X-ray Detection of lung and heart abnormalities.
Tonometry Measurement of eye pressure.
