Our IMS unit provides a broad spectrum of services to patients from overseas and their family members, ensuring them of a pleasant and comfortable experience throughout their stay. Our services include : Appointments and Referrals We can help you make appointments and referrals for consultations at our Specialist Outpatient Clinics. Based on the medical history provided, we will recommend and schedule an appointment for you with an appropriate specialist.
Admission Services We help you make arrangements for inpatient admission, including advising you on the approximate length of stay and pre-admission fee estimates. When you arrive at the hospital, our staff will receive you and accompany you through the registration and admission process.
Accommodation We can also help you find a hotel or service apartment that best meets your needs and budget, at the Hospital’s corporate rate. Transportation Transfer to the hospital from the airport or hotel, via limousine, ambulance or taxi can be arranged to ensure that you have a smooth connection. Visitors’ Information Should you require information on any service available in SGH, or and other information on Singapore such as entertainment and recreation activities, do call on us.
Concierge Services We also offer the following services during your stay in SGH:

- Business Centre Services including faxing, photocopying and assisting in the extension of visa passes
Evacuation/Return to Home Country We co-ordinate with medical assistance agencies to evacuate patients to Singapore for treatment. We also assist with return to home country arrangements.
