6th NEURO-SYMPOSIUM
Neuroplasticity: Linking Scientific Research to Practice

About the Neuro-Symposium

The 6th Neuro-Symposium takes on the theme, "Neuroplasticity: Linking Scientific Research to Practice". Over the past decades, research on neuroplasticity and clinical rehabilitation has grown markedly, focusing on driving brain reorganization for maximal clinical outcome. Speakers from this symposium will translate neuroscience evidence into clinical implications for effective practice. Featuring keynote and plenary lectures by Dr Peter Lim, Senior Consultant and Head of Rehabilitation Medicine, SGH and Clinical Associate Professor, Baylor College of Medicine and Dr Kim Brock, St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne, Australia. The programme includes various health care professionals who are involved in the rehabilitation of patients with neurological conditions. The symposium will also showcase research done by local investigators in the area of neurological rehabilitation.
