Attachment Programme in Advanced Nursing Specialty
(Obstetric)

Objectives
During the attachment to the obstetric ward, participants will gain in-depth knowledge in managing patients during antenatal, intranatal and postpartum period.

  • Management of patients in labour and delivery
  • Post-partum management of patients
  • Management of high-risk antenatal patients
  • Parentcraft teaching
  • Attachment to lactation advisor

For Whom

  • Registered nurses with at least 2 to 3 years of post-registration experience
  • Currently working in a obstetric and gynaecology ward
