Anorectal Physiology Lab

Working in conjunction with the SGH Pelvic Floor Disorder Service, our trained doctors and nurses perform specialized investigations in our Anorectal Physiology (ARP) Laboratory on patients with pelvic floor and bowel continence disorders. A highly specialized field, our ARP laboratory is one of the few dedicated anorectal physiology laboratories in the region.

With the often complex and functional nature of pelvic floor disorders, the need for an accurate diagnosis to guide treatment is paramount. With the technology available at our ARP lab, our doctors and nurses are able to prescribe the most appropriate treatment for our patients and provide a close follow-up to chart their progress and improvements.

Our ARP lab is located at Block 7 level 7.
